Filming Day 1

What's up Cambridge!! Today I will be talking about my day 1 of filming for my final project. There was a lot of ups and downs to this day but we managed to find a solution and keep going.

To begin with, my camera lense broke before we could even film anything. We had to think quickly and we began asking our friends if they had a camera and if so we would ask if we can borrow it. Luckly, one of our friends had an amazing camera that we could use. It was much better quality then the one I had so it worked out in our favor.

Our luck didn't last long. We arrived to our film location (house), then realized we don't have an SD card. So we end up taking a detour to our closest walmart and we bought one from there. The trip did make us lose about 45 minutes of our filming time due to it being about 20 minutes away.

Once we made it back to the set we began to film. We got our bathroom scene done and made sure to film multiple takes so that we can see which we like best for the final cut. We were also able to film some "memories" for the reminiscing aspect of the film. But we looked back at the videos we took and we kind of looked like we were going to rob the gas station which is not what we were going for so we scheduled a day to refilm those clips.
